Fawn orange reflections with a complex nose of woody and vanilla aromas with notes of cedar, liquorice and caramel. A floral expression and hints of licorice, honey, cocoa and cinnamon. Full on the palate, good length with silky tannins.
This Australian rum has been matured for several months in the cellars of Château du Breuil. To give this rum a more complex aromatic palette and blend its tannins, the cellar master left it to rest in an American oak barrel that had previously contained a cognac-based spirit drink. A full rum with silky tannins.
