With roots tracing back to the 17th century in Chassagne-Montrachet, the Pillot family has been deeply linked to Burgundy’s winemaking tradition. Originally coopers producing barrels, the family shifted its focus to the vine in the 19th century, gradually expanding their holdings on the prestigious slopes of Chassagne-Montrachet.

Today, under the guidance of Fernand and his son Laurent, the domaine spans 14.8 hectares across 22 appellations, with prized parcels in Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Saint-Aubin, Puligny-Montrachet, Meursault, Volnay, and Beaune.
