Tasting notes

Grapes are de-stemmed. Fermentation in stainless steel for 3 weeks. Aged in tonnellerie Rousseau’s foudres for 12 to 18 months.

The reds are deep and intense with a ruby colour on the youth. The nose has red fruits and spice aromas. The mouth has a great structure with elegant tannins and lovely freshness. It has a beautiful structure.
