This white Burgundy is an assemblage of three vineyards – Saint Jacques, En Varot and Chaponniere – whose fruit is blended skilfully to produce a pretty, fresh wine, whose appley fruit is tinged with a honeyed richness.

About the winery

Francois d'Allaines started his eponymous wine business in 1996 in the village of Demigny in Burgundy. Both winegrower and merchant, he believes in ripe grapes and long aging to reveal all the finesse and magic of the Burgundy terroirs.
